Back in the early 1990's, this was on a car that I owned, and when I sold the car I kept this personalized plate. (I never did renew the right to use it with the Department of Motor Vehicles, so this auction does not include the rights to the use of this plate on your vehicle.) 

For years I've kept it hanging on my wall,
where it's always been an instant conversation piece. 

I think this has a HIGH resale potential if marketed in Las Vegas, and for the right person this could be a good investment. I know there's plenty of people in Vegas with money who would pay ALOT for such a cool, unique collectible. After all, this is something you just WON'T ever find again.

This is an opportunity to INVEST in an item that will only increase in value as time goes on, and will always be a major "attention getter".

CONDITION:

The overall condition is EXCELLENT, as you can see in the picture.

Since I had it hanging up in a license plate frame, I never bothered to clean off the very faint scuff marks around the top screw holes, since they were always fully covered. They could certainly be buffed out, if you want, since they're very minor.

The plate is straight and flat, with none of the warping so commonly found in license plates (it was only on my vehicle for a two years).

As a sort of "mark of authenticity", it still has the original CA registration decals: MAY '93. They could be removed, but I'd recommend leaving them on to enhance it's value among collectors.
