We usually list all items with a shipping charge because we have found more people want to know the shipping charge up front when bidding (we get more bids).

As far as combined shipping charges on multiple auctions goes, YES we are happy to do this.
We can't guarantee the charges to be exactly the same as the postage, but it will be close.
It's usually a buck or two higher because of packaging (yes tape, boxes, packing materials and my time do cost money).
