This is a cast size Medium...i am an 8 1/2 in shoes....you can be a little smaller or larger....prob a 7 1/2--9 1/2 shoe size. It is in good condition.You wear it with a sock (no shoe) this replaces your shoe. The bottom of the boot is NOT flat, but rather arched so you don't put all the pressure of your weight on each and every step. Helps with the healing process. Will ship anywhere in the US>
