Combined Shipping:  Let me know in advance and I will combine shipping of auction items that end within 3 days of each other.  Do not pay for any of the items until you receive the final invoice from me. 

Shipping:  Your package will be mailed within 3 business days after payment is received.  It will be insured for the amount of your winning bid, rounded up to the nearest dollar.  If applicable, this will also be the value declared for customs. 

My shipping charge is based on the Canada Post website estimate for your package.  After I mail your package, a PayPal refund will be given if there is a difference of $5.00 or more between the estimated and actual postage—the refund will be rounded back to the previous dollar.

USA buyers:  You pay the lower shipping amount of the two quoted for the USA (international amount shown is for overseas buyers only).  Small air mail packages are supposed to take up to 9 business days; large expedited packages are supposed to take up to 12 business days.

Overseas buyers:  Air mail packages can take 1-6 weeks; surface mail packages (by boat) can take 6-12 weeks.

There is no way to predict exactly how long it will take packages to clear customs and reach addresses outside of Canada.  I can supply proof that I mailed your package, but I have no control over the package once it is mailed.  Please check the actual mailing date on the package before penalizing me for delivery delays, I have no control over the post office or customs, wish I did!

Return Policy:  All sales are final for hygienic reasons.   A return is only allowed if I have made a major mistake in the listing; you must notify me within seven days if this ever happens.  My liability is limited to the exact amount you paid me, which will be refunded through PayPal as soon as I receive the item back just as you received it, undamaged with all labels intact.  Please note that I will not give a refund because you did not measure before bidding, or because of a difference in opinion regarding colour, so please read the description carefully!
