Payment
We accept credit cards through paypal, including Visa, Matercard, American Express and Discover. You can also send us a check or money order. If it is a check, we will ship when the check clears your bank.
Fees
We charge the current sales tax only in the state of New York. Please see the details in our listing for our fixed shipping and handling fees. Optional insurance is available.
Shipping
We use UPS and we will email you the tracking number after we ship. We only ship to the 50 United States. If you would like us to ship by AirMail, please add $5.00 for 3-day, $10 for 2-day or $20 for Overnight delivery. For Alaska and Hawaii, add $15 to fixed shipping and handling.
Delivery
We normally ship within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your payment. The normal time of your recieving your unit is 7 business days. Sometimes, beyond our control, you may receive the unit later than 7 business days. Holidays, wrong addresses, UPS can't find your address and returns the item to us are some of the reasons you may not receive the terminal within 7 business days, excluding weekends.
Refunds & Returns
All of our terminals have a manufacturer warranty, since they are new. If your auction is for a refurbished or returned terminal, we provide the warranty. There have been a few times the item is damaged in shipping. In those cases, we will replace the terminal and issue a call tag for the defective unit you have to be picked up by ups.
If you decide you want to return the terminal to us, it must be within 7 days of receipt of the terminal and there is a 20% restocking fee. This is because we have to have the terminal inspected by our technical dept, which costs time and money. After 7 days of receipt of the terminal, all sales are final and there are no returns. There is no 7 day grace period. See the auction for warranty information. For new terminals, you have the normal 1 to 5 years manufacturer warranty on regular wear and tear. Warranty work is not covered for lightning strikes, or if there is evidence of abuse, spillage or if the terminal has been dropped.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns
You are responsible for returning the terminal to us and we will pay for shipping back to you via UPS Ground. If you need it shipped back faster, you would pay the difference. Our normal turnaround is 24-48 hours for your unit to be fixed and shipped back to you. For warranties covered through us, merchant is allowed 1 terminal repair under the above guidelines per warranty period. For all warranty's, whether through us or the manufacture, the limit of warranty for terminal's that have printers, is 12 months for the print mechanism. The winning ebay page must accompany any warranty work to be valid.
We accept all major credit cards. We will not ship any International orders unless approved via email before bid is placed. We will ship ground UPS unless requested otherwise.
