Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. If you can not complete the transaction within 3 days, you must contact me. I only accept Paypal as a form of payment. I will only ship to a physical address (No P.O. Boxes) as UPS is my primary carrier. Please understand, if you only provide a P.O. Box, I can not ship your merchandise.
COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNTS: My checkout service automatically combines shipping when you pay for all of your items at one time. The shipping amounts are shown at the bottom of every auction under "Shipping & Handling". One item (the most expensive amount) will go at the regular "Shipping & Handling" amount. Every other item in the order will go at the "Each Additional Item" amount.
I ALWAYS REPLY TO EVERY SINGLE EMAIL! MOST TIMES WITHIN ONE (1) HOUR! This is a business. We are open weekdays from 9am to 5pm Eastern Time. Please understand that you will not get a reply to questions outside of those hours. If you send me an email during those hours and do not get a reply, check your SPAM or JUNK folder. You will probably find my response in there. I always use EBAY Messages, too. Log in to ebay and check your messages. Remember, I ALWAYS REPLY IMMEDIATELY!
If you pay for your item before 4pm Eastern Time on weekdays, your item will ship the same day (Unless you gave me a PO Box as an address). All parcels are shipped via UPS ground service and insurance is optional. Very small light items may go via USPS. You are also welcome to pickup your items. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are available upon request.
