This is a wonderful Wakizashi Sword Blade which dates from the Shinto Era and is housed in Sira Saya. This elegant and hefty blade wears a cutting edge of 21 inches in length and from tip to tip measures 27 1/4 inches. The blade remains in superb polished condition and wears a pretty, wavy temper line that extends to the tip. The tang has one hole and is unsigned. The Sira Saya (storage case) is in very nice condition as well. Overall, the Sira Saya measures 30 1/2 inches in length. This is a beauty, ready to enjoy! (please note other items shown as props are not included in this auction)
