This is a very nice example of an U.S. M4 Bayonet which was designed to fit the M1 Carbine. It is mounted with a spearpoint blade that measures 6 5/8 inches in length which remains in superb, original condition. The guard is well marked on the underside "U.S. M4 CASE" as well as wears good markings on the topside. The leather ring hilt wears a heavy steel butt and remains in excellent condition as well. The green molded plastic scabbard with green webbing hanger also remains in very nice original and serviceable condition. Overall the Bayonet measures 11 5/8 inches in length. There is no reserve. (please note other items shown as props are not included in this auction)
