This beautiful little doll measures about 5 1/2 inches tall. I am not an expert on dolls so i am not sure what type of material she is made of. To me it looks like it may be metal. She is heavy for her size. However her head looks to be ceramic or maybe pottery. She is dressed in a spanish style outfit complete with pantaloons and petticoat. Her facial features are handpainted. She has a joint at her knees but does not bend or sit. The doll is in good condition but does have some missing paint particularly on her shoes. Her face had some roughness but I can't tell if it supposed to be that way. Her dress is in very good condition but does have age darkening along with some fraying and wear. Her hair for the most part is in good condition but her hair accessories have wear. A nice old piece.
