Mint on card - this is a vintage Playart car sold at Woolworth / Woolco Fire Chief Car - Station Wagon.   The card is missing top half, but is sealed.  

This is a rare find because the bottom of the car is marked Mercury Police Car but it's clearly a fire chief station wagon (see photos).   We believe this is from the 1970s.
