ZOCEAN’s  SELLING, RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

                     (Please Read Before You Bid)

I take particular care to inspect, and then state clearly in my listings, any visible flaws and details on everything I list. I try my best to post clear pictures that tell the complete story about the item listed.  I will try answer any question you have to the best of my ability. Please realize, with most of items I list, I do not have personal historical knowledge about the item, because I was not the original owner. 

I also take extra care in packing items properly and pay special attention to items that are fragile, all the way to telling the mailing services to be aware, and to properly mark anything that could potentially break in shipment.

There is no warranty on any item I sell. I do have a 7-day return policy on everything I sell. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return. The auction price will be refunded.

I do not charge packing or handling fees of any kind. I usually ship within 3 business days after payment is cleared and received. This does not include weekends or holidays.  Depending on the shipping mode, actual receipt of item will take longer. Please by aware of the time each shipper allows. For example, when shipping by USPS Media Mail, for books, the Post Office allows 2-10 days. For estimated shipping times (in transit), please check the website of that shipper being used to ship your item.

VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM SELLER:  Please, before you post the Detailed Seller Ratings (DSRs) as the buyer for this transaction, (for Shipping Time and Shipping & Handling Charges), and you have any issues or questions; contact me first, so we can resolve any issue.

DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING:

I use tracking and/or delivery confirmation for every Domestic (US) shipment. For USPS, I send all Domestic (US) shipping with Delivery Confirmation, and add it into the shipping cost. For UPS or FedEx Ground (US Domestic heavier shipments), tracking will be provided as requested to buyer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

For most items, I will ship to any country, worldwide. However, it is very important that you read and understand my International shipping policies before you bid.  All International shipping will be by the USPS (United States Postal Service). You can check their website for any questions you may have.

International buyers must be aware that when shipping by 1st Class International, for lightweight items (which I will do), you are doing so at your risk, as they are not insurable shipments. Therefore, I will quote your shipment by Priority Mail International, so it can be insured.  Many countries cover insurance up to a certain value. Make sure, if you are bidding on an expensive item, that it can be insured for the value of your winning bid. Every country has its maximum limitations, and if your bid exceeds the value for which it can be insured, the sale will be NULL and VOID.

I will not understate any International shipment value on the US Customs forms. I also will not mark them as “gifts.”  They are merchandise or purchases.  International buyers, please read up on your customs tax costs for items you are bidding on. It is your responsibility to pay for them and I will not pay them nor will I include them the shipping costs.
