We accept payment through Postal Order/Bankers Draft, PayPal and Personal Cheque. We also accept most major credit cards.

Shipping

We ship worldwide, please use the shipping calculator to see how much you will pay.

UK Mainland customers can pay just £1.51 extra for a next day delivery service. In the rare circumstances this can't be done you will be refunded the extra you have paid. Delivery is Monday to Friday

We use an insured delivery service for most of our items delivered to the UK and most items sent overseas. We request that all customers buying from outside the UK please provide us with a contact telephone number or we will be unable to deliver.

We endeavor to dispatch all items paid for before 1pm and most UK mainland deliveries should be recieved within 1-3 working days.

Please note we do not allow collections

European orders normally take 3-5 working days.

Rest of the world can take up to 10 working days.

Please use the shipping calculator link provided to see the exact amount you will be paying. This is what you will be charged and not the amount suggested in the ebay drop down box.

Please note Northern Ireland and Non UK mainland such as Highlands are not included in the United Kingdom postage charge so please use the shipping calculator to find correct cost.

Terms Of Sale

THERE SHOULD NEVER BE A REASON TO ISSUE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AS WE RESOLVE ALL PROBLEMS SO PLEASE RING IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE RATHER THAN EMAIL.
Should you have any questions regarding an item please ring our office on 01325 749044 MON-FRIDAY 9.30am--5pm.

We will refund any item returned (unused) within 14 days (item cost only).

Please inspect your product for damage prior to signing and if unable to do this please sign for as 'UNCHECKED'.
Items received damaged MUST be reported to our office by Telephone within 24 hours of receipt, we will then be able to send you a replacement.

We will not be able to claim for damaged items after this time so please inspect your purchase prior to signing or if unable to do this please sign as unchecked. Unfortunately items signed for in good condition will not be covered under our insurance should they be damaged.
If you would like to change any details please call us on the above number. We are unable to respond to any requests detailed with your online payment as we operate an automated invoice system.

Returns Procedure
