A MOTHER OF PEARL HANDLE WITH MR PUNCH AND ATTACHED BELLS WITH A WHISTLE AT THE TOP. INTRICATE PETTERNING WITH HALLMARKS TO BELL'S RING LOOP. I HAVE TRIED TO TAKE AS CLOSE UP SHOTS AS I CAN. THE HALLMARKS ARE TINY AND EVEN WITH A MAGNIFYING GLASS I CANNOT READ COMPLETELY! HOWEVER I AM NOT AN EXPERT IN SILVERSMITHS OF THAT ERA AND AN EXPERT WILL PROBABLY BE ABLE TO PINPOINT EXACTLY WHO DESIGNED THIS LOVELY TOY.  THE SILVERSMITH'S LETTERS LOOK LIKE TT STAMPED WITHIN A RECTANGLE FOLLOWED BY THE USUAL 4 MARKS AFTER.

A LOVELY PIECE TO ADD TO A COLLECTION - EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH WHISTLE WORKING! NO DENTS OR SCRATCHES.
