THIS IS A FABULOUS GENUINE VICTORIAN STUMPWORK EMBROIDERED PILLOW!  I HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING THESE FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND YOU DO NOT SEE THEM AT ALL!  MUSEUM QUALITY NOT LIKE THIS. THIS IS THE REAL THING AND IT IS CRAFTED EXTREMELY WELL. MADE IN THE VICTORIAN ERA..A SIGHT FOR THE EYES.  COLORS ARE STILL SO VERY VIBRANT FOR ITS AGE. THE BLACK VELVET IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE.  PUFFY GRAPES, STRAWBERRIES, HYDRANGEA, ROSES, POPPIES AND OTHER FLOWERS AND FRUITS WITH THE BEST COLOR GREEN LEAVES ALL IN A VELVETY CHENILLE HAND SEWN INTO A WREATH ON BLACK WOOL WITH A BLACK VELVET BACKING.  YOU MIGHT WANT TO HAVE IT CLEANED BECAUSE IT IS SHOWING A LITTLE DUST.  SO VERY RARE AND HARD TO FIND THIS TYPE OF REAL OLD CRAFTSMANSHIP.IT FEELS LIKE COTTON OR WOOL STUFFING. MEASURES 17 INCHES SQUARE. HURRY BEFORE I CHANGE MY MIND!
