An interesting old Victorian iron water stoop or font. It was probably attached to a wall. It has a decorative front piece with scrolling detail, a central lion's head and stylised dolphins. There are five lead crystal beautifully faceted lustres which hang from this. The decorative part just hooks over the resevoir part. It is approx 7" wide and 6.5" tall. Very decorative. Not sure of exact age but estimate c 1850-60.
The inside of the resevoir is very rusty and has flaking rust. There are a couple of chips to the ends of two lustres. Overall very good.
