We generally ship within 48-72 hours after payment has cleared. Shipping is typically done 3 times weekly, depending on the schedule, 4 times. WE DO NOT SHIP WEEKENDS. We love to combine shipping and give great rates, within the US. We are not responsible for the item once it has been shipped by the post office or if it gets held up by Customs for international shipping. We only ship to addresses provided by the Paypal transaction. We do not ship to addresses requested by users which do not match the address on the Paypal transaction, since seller protection does not apply if we send the merchandise to a different location.

The only exception is if the item was grossly misrepresented, for example, the wrong designer or wrong size. We do not assure fit, we only promise to accurately describe each item. It is the buyer's responsibility to check for sizing and fit. To check for sizing measurements and fit of items, we suggest you contact the manufacturer directly, since each manufacturer is different in sizing measurements. Please ask us for the manufacturer if it is not listed. For swimwear, if there is a hygienic liner attached, it will say so in the auction description. Even if the item is new with tags, sometimes we receive them from liquidators without hygienic liner attached. We reserve the right to refuse any bid for any reason.
