• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

OVERSEAS BIDDERS MUST EMAIL ME PRIOR TO BIDDING: LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH OVERSEAS PAYMENTS LATELY: Overseas payments paid via paypal must be shipped at a FULLY TRACKABLE & INSURED rate that begins at $20.00. Large packages like jackets are more. That is Paypal policy, not mine. If I ship uninsured and it is lost, then I am liable and I cannot expose myself to that risk just so you can get the package cheaper with uninsured mail. There are uninsured rates usually under $10.00 for small packages, but Paypal’s policy is the problem. Uninsured shipping is ONLY offered if YOU put the following text in with your paypal payment: “I have insisted that the seller provide me with uninsured shipping at my own risk. I accept full responsibility for any loss and waive my right to file any claim for any loss that might occur.” Every other payment without that in it will be rejected and I will file as a NO-PAY!

INSURANCE: Insurance is optional on most items, but I cannot be responsible for loss or damage if insurance is not purchased, and coverage is limited to post office regulations. I may require insurance on very fragile items.

SHIPPING FEES: In regards to shipping charges, please remember that what the post office charges is not the only cost to a seller, as most packing materials are not free. I pack items carefully for a safe arrival, using bubble wrap and “peanuts” on most items and extra wrapping on books and clothing for added protection. I want your purchase to arrive in the same condition as when it leaves my house. A small handling fee (usually .50 or less, except on items that require a lot of packaging materials), which is already figured into the shipping amount helps to off-set some of these expenses.  Please note that we are on the west coast, and the farther away you are, the more USPS & UPS charge.
