Do you combine shipping? I do…you very fortunate person you! Shipping paid in full for the heaviest item and then each additional item is only $2.50 (except for international combined shipments which will be invoiced for the cost the Post Office will charge) Please make sure payment is received by me within five days from the date of the auctions end on single item purchases. I combine items within a five day time period. After that, your items turn back into pumpkins. Yes, really! That means all items you are combining must end with five days from the date of the FIRST auctions end. Payment is also expected by the fifth day from the date of the FIRST auctions end as well.
Are there any additional charges?
NO .... WE CHARGE EXACT SHIPPING CHARGES !! WE charge you exactly what we will pay to safely ship your item Priority Mail or Global Priority mail !!
What is your method of shipping? Always USPS Priority Mail for domestic shipments. International will go EITHER Global Priority or Global Express ...NO EXCEPTIONS !!!!!! I am sorry...but this is the only way we can ACCURATELY TRACK International packages !!! So please keep that in mind when bidding!
Do you accept returns? I do! But only for merchandise credit…and ONLY if the item has been grossly misrepresented. I measure items as accurately as possible so any measurement off an inch or less is not, in my dictionary, grounds for “grossly misrepresented”. Please remember Miss Manners Book of Etiquette when emailing me. I am not by nature a misleading person. If I made an error on an item, it was probably unintentional.
Are your items from a smoke free home? Yes!
Are your items from a pet free home? Yes! (only because my husband says no…)
Are your items new or used? Just about all my items are in preowned condition. Unless you notice NWT in the title which would mean New With Tags! (Isn’t ebay just brilliant? I would have never thought of that on my own?) I do my best to list any flaws in the auction description.
Is the color the same as in the photo? Well, hopefully. I am NOT a professional photographer! (Hey, this ain’t JJill or Coldwater Creek ladies!) If the color varies from the photos too greatly I will try to mention it in the auction details. ALSO, THE COLOR NAMES ARE BASED ON MY OPINION OF THE COLOR. I WILL NOT GUARANTEE THAT MY NAVY IS YOUR NAVY AND VICE VERSA....okay, you get what I mean!
Are you just a little bit off or something? I refuse to answer that on grounds it might incriminate me!
