This is a classic, fine vintage 10K Solid Yellow Gold Masonic Ring. This ring is hallmarked "TCJI 10K" and has been tested to be 10 Karat SOLID gold. I would circa date this piece to be from the 1940's to 1950's. This piece could go for scrap, but I would hope that someone would appreciate it enough to proudly wear it.
This is a stunningly simple and finely crafted ring unlike anything available for sale today. A classic vintage design, this ring has a oval synthetic ruby measuring ~11 x 9mm with an engraved gold Masonic symbol - the compass, square and letter G. This ring has a SOLID BACK.
The ring weighs a substantial 5.6 grams of solid 10 Karat yellow gold (weighed together with stone) and is a size 9-3/4. It could easily be sized either up or down a size or two by a competent jeweler.
Condition - good vintage condition showing some wear consistent with age. This ring was worn proudly and cherished by a Mason of a bygone era. This piece came out of a Southern estate.
