You are bidding on very unique folk art framed picture of His Majesty Edward VIII.  This picture is a decoupage picture of Edward VIII surrounded by bits and pieces of canceled stamps.  The stamps have been carefully cut and placed to create a decorative design surrounding the portrait of Edward.  The picture is in a wood frame.  It measures 15" by 19".  The frame and glass are in good condition.  Buyer will pay calculated shipping to the lower USA.  We accept pay pal as payment.
