FROSTIE TIN SODA THERMOMETER SIGN

 

 

Up for auction is a vintage 1950s FROSTIE Tin Soda Thermometer Sign. The only markings on it are Made in the USA and the number 49 up by the top of the degree numerals. It's a long thermometer being about 36 inches in length and 8 inches wide. The age is based on page 282 of Petretti's Soda Pop Book 3rd Edition.

Condition: Item is in very good-excellent condition. Just scattered paint chips along the edges. Scratching on the top and bottom and the ridges on both sides. Found in original condition with just general wear from years of use. The thermometer itself is in working order. A real nice Frostie thermometer example.
