DETAILS--

Fitted bodice has a v-neckline. There is a collar that comes from the shoulder, crosses over at v neckline and is held together with rhinestone brooch.

Short sleeves

Full pleated skirt is pictured with a crinoline that is not included

I do my best to describe the condition of the item and will always note any noticeable damage or flaws. Please keep in mind that vintage items may show some signs of wear. I do not have items dry-cleaned, so I recommend that clothing items be washed or dry cleaned as needed.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

INSURANCE

Shipping insurance is optional and to be paid by the Buyer. I have found that the buyer does not benefit from insurance as they cannot make the claim. The seller has to provide proof as to the amount of money they PAID for the item, which would not be the same as the selling price. So it appears to be a no-win situation.
