VINTAGE 1960 FENDER STRATOCASTER STRAT ELECTRIC GUITAR
MANY NEW, USED & VINTAGE FENDER GUITARS & BASSES! 
Description: 1960 Fender Stratocaster finished in sunburst.
Cosmetic Condition: Very good condition overall - various finish wear, chips, dents, dings & light lacquer checking. Belt buckle rash on the back of the body & circular pattern marks on the top & back caused from a chemical reaction with either the strap or coiled cable many years ago. Hardware has some rust & oxidization.
Issues: Previous owner's name is engraved in the back of the headstock & the neck plate.
Weight: 7 lbs 7 oz.
Neck: Slender profile maple neck with slab rosewood fingerboard & clay dot fret markers. Original frets with some fret wear. 1 11/16" nut width (1.66").
Body: Solid Alder body - difficult to tell if it's one or two pieces.
Pickups: Three original Fender single coil pickups. Bridge - 5.67 ohms; Middle - 5.88 ohms; Neck - 5.56 ohms.
Set Up: Professionally set up by our own luthier & strung with brand new Ernie Ball .10-.46 gauge Slinkys.
Playability / Sound: Nice, low action - great playing guitar; nice feel with very comfortable neck. Pickups are strong & sound great - classic, vintage Strat tone!
Case: Original hard shell case.
Historical Info: This is a documented one-family owner. The guitar was purchased brand new in 1960. The original owner passed away about 20 years ago & his widow has held onto the guitar ever since.
