This is a 60s Schott meets Gandalf, or a Vanson meets East West. Vintage 1960s one of a kind patchwork leather motorcycle jacket. Cafe / Racer Jacket with an abstract front patern and USA map with on the back all done in leather. Usa flag and star of David patch are an embroidered type, not leather. Features a reworked front zipper to include a snap over wind flap, zippers on the backs of the cuffs, two diagonal zip pockets at the chest. No tags. Please use the measurements listed below to figure out if this will fit you properly. Looks like the linning was removed to allow for the leather customization. Guessing about a size 42/44. Measures 46" at the chest. 42" waist. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 18.5". Shoulder seam to cuff: 25.5". Overall length: 26.5". It's is in very good overall condition. Great broken in and patinaed leather. There are a couple holes on the upper back from missing studs(photos). No label found, looks like a Schott to me by the diagonal chest pockets. Brilliant unique jacket. Nothing else like it. Very advanced leather work on this jacket. The attention and quaility to the leatherwork and stitching is as good as East West Musical Co, Gandalf and the like. Truly a one of a kind piece! This was the prize of an Estate with Harley parts and rock and Roll records. I have never seen anything like it! Belongs in the Motorcycle Hall of Fame.
