VINTAGE 1961 FLOCKED HAIR KEN BARBIE DOLL TUXEDO CASE trunk
Size: 11.5-12 in
CAse Size: around 14 x 9 or so
Condition: VIntage PLAYED WITH condition, I have not cleaned him up- I leave any cleaning up to the winners's desire though. There is some sticky stuff on the inside, and some tiny tears on edge of case. Not complete.

VINTAGE 1960s FLOCKED HAIR KEN BARBIE DOLL with TUXEDO, booklet and accessories box from the 50s or 60s- he has brown hair and VINTAGE 1961 KEN BARBIE DOLL CASE PURPLE TRUNK in good to great condition with 4 hangers- one damaged. Not complete sets but useful if you need some parts that are hard to find. perfect for collector or to resell. I have many other vintage doll & clothes auctions up with items from the 1950s -60s.
Original vintage no repro. From a non smoking home. there are ALOT of images- may take time to load- please be patient-Thanks

We sell USED and Used VINTAGE items, unless otherwise stated. VINTAGE means old, almost antique, classic, choice and cool, old fashioned or obsolete. WE take several pictures and go out of our way to describe flaws in my items. By concentrating on the negatives, sometimes we overlook the positives.
Signs of wear and small defects are to be expected in vintage clothing such as: fading in the material, fading graphics, stains, tiny snags, nicks and bumps, loose threads, ripped or missing tags and slightly stretched fabric, etc. If you are looking for perfect or NEW items, then you probably shouldn't bid on VINTAGE or Used items. During the auction if you have any questions concerning the item, feel free to email us at anytime and we will respond in a timely fashion, unless its like 2 hours before the auction ends, but even then we might respond. Generally, if we are near a computer and not on vacation, give us 24 hours to respond. We will gladly answer any questions, send more pictures if you wish or take more measurements, etc. ALL CLOTHING MEASUREMENTS are TAKEN LAYING FLAT FROM SEAM TO SEAM and THE BUST and the WAIST THEN DOUBLED. PLEASE ALLOW some ROOM for MOVEMENT in order to ACHIEVE a COMFORTABLE FIT.
Again-We try to the best of our ability to tell you all the flaws with the items so there are no
disappointments or false representations but sometimes we may miss something. If its a minor defect, we apologize, but we will not refund or give partial refunds. Actually, our policy with vintage items is:

The item would have to be totally and grossly misrepresented- like, if I sent you the wrong item by mistake, or some aliens creeped into my house, drugged me with their alien ways and peed on or annihilated your item, and in my messed up, trance induced state, I sent it anyway, or some other crazy occurrence- which I am unlikely to do due to my honest and obsessive perfective nature. I would not sell something that I would not wear myself and, rest assured, I am not out to rip anyone off.
Usually with vintage apparel, unless otherwise stated, we will leave all cleaning for the winner to do if he/she so decides due the fragile nature of some vintage items and the preferences of some people. VINTAGE ITEMS are UNWASHED unless otherwise stated.
Payment, Shipping and Terms of Sale
If you have a feedback score of 0 you must first contact us prior to bidding or else we will cancel your bid. Sorry but we've been having a lot of trouble with non paying bidders- esp. those with 0 feedback.
PAYMENT-We accept Paypal, Personal checks (ONLY if you have 10 or more positive feedbacks and no negatives, or you contact us prior to bidding and get an OK), Money Orders, and Bidpay. There are a few occasions in which we can not or will not accept paypal -those auctions will clearly say so in the item description and in payment methods. GOOD COMMUNICATION AND FAST PAYMENT IS KEY TO HAVING A GREAT TRANSACTION. IF payment isn't made immediately like, say, thru paypal, Highest Bidder should CONTACT with us within three (3) days after auction has ended and send us their name and mailing address and how they intend to pay- This is mainly for those of you who choose to PAY by MAIL. If we don't hear from you we will file a claim with EBAY and relist the item AND WE WILL LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.
Payment is to be received within seven (7) days after the end of auction notice or we reserve
the right to cancel and relist unless other arrangements have been made prior to the end of the auction--If for some reason you need a FEW EXTRA days to pay...then just communicate with us via e-mail and we would be more than willing to work something out. :) Personal checks or e-checks submitted thru paypal have a waiting period which may delay shipping: They may take 10 days or more to clear and we won't ship until they do clear.
SHIPPING-Highest bidder pays shipping, handling, and insurance. Due to Paypal's stringent rules and regulations, Most items will be shipped U.S. Priority Mail with delivery confirmation unless otherwise stated. We will contact international winners with the exact shipping cost
after the close of auction.
WE DO NOT SHIP PACKAGES ON WEEKENDS AND WE ALLOW OURSELVES up to 3 DAYS TO PREPARE PACKAGES FOR SHIPMENT. HANDLING FEES can cost anywhere from $2 on up (its more for international shipping) depending on:
how big or breakable the item is, how many items are in the auction, how much trouble We have to go through to pack and ship it, and what packing materials we need to use to ship it safely, and so on. Handling includes our time packing the item and the materials used, gasoline driving to the post office and time waiting in line at the post.
INSURANCE- Once an item is shipped out, we will not be responsible for a lost item or damaged item but we will assist you with the insurance claim on lost or damaged items if you elect to purchase insurance. Some items we will require insurance on, however, for example- If your purchase totals over $250.00 we require a signature confirmation which costs an additional $1.90 (domestic charge).
If you choose not to purchase insurance we cannot be held responsible for
loss or damages and we cannot help you- IT IS NOT OUR FAULT IF YOUR PACKAGE DOES NOT GET TO YOU DUE TO POST OFFICE ERROR!
WE WILL "NOT" REFUND ANY MONEY BACK DUE TO POST OFFICE ERROR. THE POST OFFICE WILL BE PAYING YOU OUT FOR DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS, NOT US. Sorry, Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
COMBINED SHIPPING- Please view my other auctions and we will be happy to combine shipping on
items purchased within 3 or so days of each other to save you $$$. (Email us and let us know your plans to do this because we ship quickly) Combined shipping to us means we put your items in the same box, and you pay actual shipping cost and the handling fee per auction won. You will definitely save money rather than shipping separately.
FEEDBACK- We leave positive feedback usually only after we know you are happy with your item because you have left us positive feedback.
We SHIP twice a week but sometimes more when holidays are involved since we want everyone to
get their gifts on time.
