URGENT UP-DATE TO ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS: Per new ebay requirements, Our Buyers Agreement regarding shipping and insurance has been up-dated below and is in FULL compliance with the requested regulations. Hello and thanks for looking... Up for auction--VINTAGE ORIGINAL 1977 CHARLIE'S ANGELS TRIO OF DOLLS. Auction includes the Farrah Fawcett; Kate Jackson; and Jaclyn Smith dolls. Each doll has a copyright date of 1977 of their back as well as Spelling-Goldberg Productions/Made in Hong Kong. Each doll measures @ 9 inches tall with original jumpsuits, scarfs, and boots on. The only flaws that I could find were 1) The Kate/Jaclyn dolls have had some of their hair cut; and 2) The Farrah Fawcett doll has a broken hip and some times her legs come off. (This is not seen, of course, with her clothes off; but she seems able to be displayed without any issues.) I am not an antique dealer/collector, so I am unaware if any of the "flaws" or damage(s) listed above is able to be fixed or corrected. Considering the age of this vintage antique, items are in GOOD CONDITION. Estimated Value for all Items, Per Other On-line Sales Information: $200+. Please verify all questions/concerns prior to bidding. Due to the nature of this item, each item listed above will be wrapped in tissue paper and wrapped again in bubble wrap, before placing into shipping box. The contents of the box will also be packaged with additional packing material, if necessary, to ensure the safe arrival to the new buyer.
And now for the fine print and terms regarding this transaction... :( (Due to recent changes made to ebay's Selling policy, I am afraid I must take the necessary precautions to protect myself as a seller and my potential customers as buyers. My Apologies!)...
The following is a list of terms regarding payment, feedback, and other important information. Please be advised that all potential buyers are in agreement with these terms in all aspects when placing any bids.
A) FIRST AND FOREMOST: All bidders and/or interested parties must be able to speak/write in English to communicate regarding any questions and transaction details. We will not respond to any questions/information emailed by interested parties in other languages or sent via eBay’s language email.
B) Bids: Seller reserves the right to cancel any bid(s) at any time, if they should wish/need to do so. Buyers with more than two negative feedbacks or two non-payment strikes within the last 30 days, are NOT welcome to bid. Attempts to do so will result in bid cancelation and a bidding block against that ebay id.
C) Payment: Full payment must be remitted via Paypal within three calendar days of the receipt of an eBay invoice after the auction’s closing. If you do not receive an invoice, more time is needed, or you decide to bid on other items to take advantage of our combined shipping policy, then a courtesy email must be received via ebay messages within the same time-frame listed above. If payment or contact is not made within three calendar days, then the seller reserves the right to relist the item(s) and report/pursue non-paying bidder status. Due to recent ebay policy changes, we can only accept Paypal. If Paypal payment is made without a confirmed address, then all items will be held until we receive email confirmation regarding the address.
D) Shipping Policy: For your convenience, we offer combined shipping on all auctions. If you win more than one auction and wish to take advantage of our combined shipping policy, please wait for an updated invoice before remitting payment. If payment is remitted before a combined invoice is sent, then no refunds will be given for over-payment. I am happy to combine shipping or possibly offer a cheaper shipping rate, depending on one's zip code. If you wish to bid on more than one auction and would like an advanced shipping quote prior to bidding, simply email me your shipping zip code and I will respond with the rate. All items normally ship through various rate classes via USPS or UPS and include actual shipping, delivery confirmation or tracking, and required insurance. Also, in an effort to keep postage as low as possible, we DO NOT charge a handling fee; nor do we price gouge the actual shipping cost. We ship only to the United States. All items ship Monday-Friday.
E) Shipping Insurance: Due to a new ebay policy, which all sellers must comply with in order to continue listing items for sale, sellers are no longer allowed to offer insurance/confirmation as an option to the buyer. Insurance/confirmation must be included with postage or not offered at all. Therefore, since the shipping calculators found in this auction provide only actual postage, Sellers must add a handling fee to cover the cost of insurance/confirmation.
However, since our postage has always included actual postage/shipping/confirmation, it will NOT raise our shipping rates; but only calculate them in a different manner. We have provided this information as a courtesy to all potential buyers simply because for the last eight years in selling we have stated that we never charge a handling fee. (The shipping calculators had options to automatically add these charges; these are the options that have now been removed.) Due to this change in ebay's policy, we will now be charging a handling fee in addition to actual postage; but it will not be for profit--it will only be for the actual cost of insurance/confirmation or tracking.
Per postal code regulations, the amount of insurance purchased can only be for the amount paid not the value of item. (EXAMPLE: A buyer bids on an auction for a "baseball card", valued at $700. The buyer wins that auction with a bid of $100. Then the buyer pays for insurance with shipping. The shipped item would only be insured for $100, as that was the price paid.)
F) Feedback: If you receive your items and are happy with your purchase, then please post immediate positive feedback and it will be reciprocated. For those who do not post immediate positive feedback upon receipt of an item, a follow-up email will be sent to conclude your opinion of the item(s) and transaction. Once all areas are concluded in a positive manner, feedback will then be posted. If for some reason you are unhappy with something regarding your transaction, please email immediately to discuss further details to procure your satisfaction. (If Negative Feedback is received due to any issue in which the seller is legally found not be responsible, damages will be pursued!!!) Please be JUST/HONEST in all manners, as defamation of character is NOT taken lightly!!!
G) Item Details: We take great pride in the items that we list. If there is a defect in any way, great or small, this will be in the listing!!! Therefore, what you see and read in our auction listings is exactly what you get. If for some reason, you have a question regarding the item listed, feel free to email all questions prior to bidding via eBay’s "Contact The Seller" link found on this page. We will make the effort to try to answer your question within 48 hours of receipt or sooner. Items are as is with no returns/refunds/warranties implied or granted.
H) Additional Pics: Multiple Additional pics of items available upon individual request. Simply email me your actual email address via the "contact the seller" link found above on the top right-hand side of this page and I will send them, as we are unable to email/load photos via Ebay Messages. All request for photos that do NOT include a forwarding email address, will be deleted and NOT responded to.
I) Flaws: Every possible/potential flaw is always listed to provide the best description of the item. Although there are times, when these "flaws" are intended by the manufacturer or either add to the item's value, they are listed anyway so that all potential buyers are aware, prior to purchase, and receive no "surprises" when they receive the item upon shipment. I am not an antique dealer/collector, so I am unaware if any of the "flaws" or damage(s) listed above is able to be fixed or corrected. As always, one can request additional pictures of the item itself and/or any "flaws" or damages by emailing a regular email address via Ebay Messages. A return email will be sent containing the pictures. All request for photos that do NOT include a forwarding email address, will be deleted and NOT responded to, as we can NOT send/load images via ebay messages.
J) Returns: Per ebay new regulations, we have opted to continue with our current policy of "no returns accepted", as we feel the items listed above as description accurately to a "t" and all potential buyers have been welcomed to ask any questions, prior to bidding. Negative feedback left due to non-compliance or agitation of transactions, will be legally sought to be removed and damages obtained.
REMEMBER: This is a legal, bidding contract and all potential buyers agree and comply with the terms found above and thus acknowledge their acceptance of them by proceeding with a bid placement.
