Up for auction today, I have a vintage Skirt and Jacket set by Monique!
It is made from a medium-weight damask in black, with a gorgeous tonal floral pattern.
The Jacket is cropped, in a slightly fitted style. The sleeves are 3/4 length, and it buttons up the front with 5 bead-covered buttons (SO pretty when they catch the light!).
The skirt is done in a classic straight style, and zips up the side with a nylon zipper.
The previous owner had sewn a rubberized/grippy trim on the inside of the waist, probably to hold one's shirt tucked in.
There is a pleat on the back for ease in walking.
This set is so classic! It's a great 60's style that is still very on-trend today! Styles like this won't ever be out of fashion.
It's simply gorgeous and rich-looking. I can see Jackie O, Audrey hepburn, or any of the ladies from Mad Men wearing it.
Plus, it's vintage, and vintage means one-of-a-kind! You'll be the only lady around wearing this set!
How unique!
The set is in wonderful vintage condition. There are no rips, stains, or holes.
The original tag says "Monique", but I couldn't find a size tag, so be sure to check the measurements to ensure a fabulous fit!

Payment
Payment is expected within 3 days of auction's end. If payment is not received, and Buyer makes no attempt at communication regarding the matter, I reserve the right to cancel transaction and re-list the item. Please do not bid if you are not serious about paying for the item within a timely manner.
