VINTAGE AFRICAN JAMBIYA CURVED KNIFE DAGGER MUST C !NR
Here is a nice estate find an early wood and bone handled curved jambiya or koummya knife or dagger. I think it has African origin . The sheath is brass with a wood liner, handle apears to be bone on one side and wood on the other. The piece measures about 14-1/2" long with the blade measuring about 9-1/2". Dont know much about these type of things but this neat old dagger has some character !! Please supersize my pictures to better evalluate this piece as I am not an expert in this field . Im offering this item with no reserve .Thank you.
