ANTIQUE HAIR DRYER

This auction is for one ANTIQUE HAIR DRYER. This hair dryer was made by a company called "QUICKIE" and it is in EXCELLENT CONDITION! This item is from an estate and it appears to have been used only minimally. It has a wooden handle, attatched by a wing-nut. The joint is a little lose but can probably be tightened. The cord is not frayed or damaged in any way that I can see and it measures 67 INCHES (approx). The dryer has an ON-OFF toggle switch and a toggle switch for HOT & COLD temperatures.
THE RATE AT WHICH THIS APPLIANCE BLOWS AIR IS SLOWER, LESS INTENSE THAN MODERN HAIR DRYERS!!

There are no dents or major scratches--only 'normal' wear and tear scratches on the underside of the dryer (not pictured). The underside of the dryer is FLAT to lay on a counter top with no trouble at all. It is slightly heavy so I would not recommend it for people who may have problems holding heavy objects above shoulder level for prolonged periods. IT IS A GREAT ITEM FOR ANTIQUE COLLECTORS!!!
