This is an outstanding Art Deco floor lamp which features a dual socket cluster and decorative pink depression glass inserts. There is great Art Deco detail even on the decorative metal riser sleeves. The lamp is white metal and may be polished out to an even brighter sheen if desired. There is no damage or repairs to either the lamp or the glass inserts but there is a tiny manufacturing imperfection on the long pink glass accent. It appears that there were a few small air bubbles at the surface. As you can see in the photos, it is not obvious and can easily be polished out or simply turned to the back. The lamp is all original with the exception of the wiring and the socket covers. The socket cluster is original; only the bottom section of the covers have been replaced at some point.
The lamp is shown with a shade to illustrate how it might look with one of your own choosing. The lamp shade are bulbs are not included. The lamp is in working condition as shown in the photos but as with all vintage lighting we sell, Buyer is advised to have it inspected for safety by a licensed electrician or lighting specialist prior to use. We make no warranty, implied or expressed, regarding the electrical components of this or any vintage electrical item listed. We will disassemble the lamp for more secure shipping.

Pursuant to ebay's new rules, we are only able to accept payment through Paypal. Payment must be posted within 3 calendar days following the close of the listing. Shipping
Shipping - We understand that our responsibility as Seller does not end at the close of the auction. Our goal is to have your auction treasure reach you in the same condition as that presented in our listing. Although we cannot control the quality of care given the item once it leaves our possession, we make every reasonable effort to package it so that it will arrive undamaged. We are a smoke-free environment and we utilize only quality packaging materials to help ensure the protection of your investment. Shipments are processed on Wednesday and Friday each week for those items for which confirmed payment has been received by noon of the preceding day. Please note that fixed shipping charges quoted within any of our listings are valid only within the contiguous 48 states. If your shipping destination is Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us prior to bidding on the item for an estimate of your respective shipping charges. Our goal is to professionally package your item to minimize the probability of damage in transit. Occasionally our packaging standards override our ability to ship immediately. Because we sell many one-of-a-kind treasures, we ask your understanding if we require a little more time to package your item securely. In those cases where the auction item is particularly large, fragile or of unusual shape and requires special or professional packaging, Buyer will be charged the actual or approximate cost of the necessary packaging material and/or service. It is our objective to minimize such costs but we will not compromise the security of the item thereby risking the destruction of a valuable antique or collectible. We attempt to identify such costs and include them in the listing but occasionally the need will not be realized until after the listing has been posted and we ask your understanding.
Insurance - For the protection of your investment, insurance and signature are required on all purchases regardless of value and despite any default ebay settings as we are not responsible for the item(s) once possession transfers to the carrier or carrier's agent. In the event that the item is lost or damaged in transit, the Buyer is responsible for filing the claim with the respective carrier. Damage must be reported to the Seller within 48 hours of receipt of the item. We will, of course, do everything we can to expedite the process as it relates to our acknowledgment and confirmation of the purchase.
Terms of Sale
We do not sell on approval. The auction constitutes a legal contract and all sales are final. Please understand that all information regarding the age, condition, origin, etc. of the items we auction represents our best approximation given our knowledge at the time the listing is posted. We make every effort to provide accurate information as it is in our best interest as well as yours. All items are vintage or antique and therefore used. As such, normal wear in accordance with the age of the item must be expected unless otherwise specified in the item description that the item is in mint or near-mint condition or is NOS (new-old-stock which never reached the consumer). We make no representation regarding the condition of any part which is concealed and not reasonably accessible to inspection. Buyer may only return an item for a refund of the final bid amount in the event that Seller grossly misrepresents a significant feature of that item in the listing. Buyer must notify the Seller of this error within 48 hours of receipt of the respective item and that error must be documented. The item may only be returned with concurrence of the Seller; otherwise, the parcel will be refused and returned to you. If the Seller agrees to accept a return, the item must then immediately be shipped insured to the Seller utilizing the original packing materials and shipping container. If the item is damaged in transit back to the Seller, Buyer will not be reimbursed by Seller but may seek restitution by carrier's insurance. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance for the item purchased; they will not be reimbursed.
