All Items Sold AS-IS - NO RETURNS

Unless otherwise indicated, all items are sold AS-IS - NO returns are allowed. I will ONLY allow a return in the event my description is inaccurate, however in any event, all refunds issued will be minus shipping and a 5% restock fee. Items listed as "working" are tested for basic functions only, i.e. the amplifier passes sound, the turntable spins etc. I cannot test all functions of all items-that is why they are sold AS-IS.

Contacts and Shipping

Buyer always pays shipping. I charge shipping cost plus a $10.00 fee to cover the cost of packing . Winning bidder must contact me with a shipping address within 3 days. I will e-mail you with actual shipping costs and a total amount to pay. Sorry, NO COD's.

Payment Terms - U.S. Bidders

I accept Personal or business checks but allow 10 days to clear. No exceptions. A US postal money order, Paypal, or Bidpay is prefered and will insure immediate shipping. I must receive payment within 10 days of the close of auction or item will be relisted.

International Bidder Terms

International bidders MUST contact me regarding shipping terms and costs Before Bidding and must pay for items in US dollars via Paypal, Bidpay, International postal money order or with a certified check drawn on a US bank, AMEX NO OTHER forms of payment will be accepted. Items will be declared for their bid price. Please do not ask me to declare a lesser amount.
