This vintage Bridal Party Dolls paper doll set was published by Whitman, set #5340. I cannot find a date on the box but believe it was made in the 1950's due to the clothing styles. (After this listing began, I received an email from a nice Ebayer who told me that this set is from 1949). The set is a boxed set and contains 5 dolls, 5 stands, and a large wardrobe, most of which is uncut! The box is in poor condition with wear and tear and has taken excellent care of this set over the last 50-60 years. There are five dolls in the set, The Bride, Groom, Bride's Maid, Best Man, and Flower Girl. All five dolls are in excellent condition with no bending or creasing whatsoever. The dolls are made of tekwood and all five stands are also included. The clothing is mostly uncut and I have scanned all eight of the uncut panels in the scans below (some of which are slightly creased). Most of the clothing for the Bride's Maid and the Flower Girl have been neatly cut out, and I have shown as much as space would permit below. The set is COMPLETE (no missing pieces), and the set has a large wardrobe. There are also many duplicate pieces of clothing included (not shown due to space)!
