11.5" WIDE (29.2cm).   5" DIAMETER (12.7cm) AT BOTTOM.  GLASS TUBES ARE  5" LONG (12.7cm)  x  3/4" IN DIAMETER (1.9cm).  FLOWERS NOT INCLUDED. VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH SOME WEAR TO ENAMEL PAINT.
