Made in Germany by HOHNER. 

One row button type. 

Straps intact and all buttons intact. 

Bellows secure and the instrument has a strong tone/sound. 

Measures 17" by 7" by 6".

I do not know a lot about this kind of instrument, but it looks to be in great condition.

No dust/soil stains, sun shadows, smells, damp or wet spots, so it was look after quite well.
