THIS IS A STUNNING CUT GLASS OR CRYSTAL FROSTED OCTOGON SHAPE TALL PERFUME BOTTLE WITH BURGANDY ATOMIZER AND TASSLES I do not know the maker, It has a sticker on the bottom; with a horse, london, paris new york, made in taiwan no cracks, or chips, bulb works great approx. 6 1/4" tall x 2" diameter at base ~See my other listings, I am listing several vintage perfume bottles~
