Estate Tobacco Pipe

Up for consideration is this VINTAGE CUSTOM BUILT CRAFTSMAN ESTATE TOBACCO PIPE. The Pipe seen below comes from our friend Art and his Antique & Unique Pipe Collection. Art has been collecting old Pipes for many years so keep an eye out as we'll be listing numerous pipes from his large collection. This is marked on the side of the pipe shank: Craftsman Custom Built. The other side of the shank simply reads: Imported Briar. A small faded logo marking is seen on the side of the stem. No other markings or numbers were found. The exact age is unknown but these are known to have been made from the 1940's to the 1980's when production stopped. CONDITION: This one measures aprox. 6-1/4" long. The bowl stands about 1-7/8" tall. This has an inside diameter of about 7/8". The outside diameter is aprox. 1-9/16". The bowl is in EXTRA FINE condition and with-out serious damage! There are NO cracks, hairlines, serious nicks, or large scratches found on the bowl or bowl stem. We consider any nicking, scratching, or impressions to be very minimal and most of the microscopic nature. A few may be seen with the naked eye. No cracks or damage was found on the black stem. There's very minimal if any teeth marks on the mouthpiece tip. This is another nice CUSTOM BUILT pipe from Art's large pipe collection! Make sure to view all the photos below.
