 I have no idea what brand this is---If anyone knows please share

I have seen this type of wing bolt before and it is slotted on the end---(maybe SONOR, Premier)

Wing nut on top is non original and the bottom bolt is not the same as the tilter bolt

Chrome looks great, shows some light wear
