I accept PayPal, money orders and personal checks. If paying with a personal check, I will ship the item after the check has cleared which may take up to 14 days.

I ship via the United States Postal Service.

For sewing patterns, the shipping cost is a flat $2.35. Each additional pattern is $.25. For Embroidery and Cross Stitch kits, the shipping cost is a flat $2.85.

I try to ship items as soon as possible after payment is received. However, please expect up to 7 days for the item to be shipped.

If for any reason the buyer is not happy with their purchase, I am happy to provide a full refund less shipping. Because of the volume of patterns, I do not check each and every pattern for completeness. If upon receipt of the pattern it is found that a piece is missing, I will gladly refund the purchase price plus shipping.
