This fountain pen desk top item comes from my late mother in laws  estate.  I don't have any information on it.  She left notes with a lot of items, but not this one.  It reminds me of the tpye of desk fixture that was on a bankers desk or at a tellers window, back in the day!  It has a long chain (22") attached to the pen with a ring at the other end for attaching to a stationary area.  It has a movable pen holder next to the horse.  The pen has a black body with a red plastic end.  It says "ESTERBROOK Made in USA".  The quill is a metal tip with Esterbrook 1461 Made in USA.  The horse is brass and the base seems to be of brass and cast iron.  I couldn't find any manufacture names or markings on the base.  The base measures 6 1/2" long by 3" wide.  Height from base to top of horse is 5".  It weighs 1 lb 10oz.  If I have forgotten to mention something, please ask.
