This really is a most delightful example of early Ercol furniture, I adore these square drop-leaf tables!! With both leaves up, they will comfortably seat six people, with one or both leaves down they are ridiculously compact and can be tucked away into a tight space. Effortlessly light & easy to move around and  just perfect in any small but stylish interior!

These tables are early 60s, possibly late 50s and originally intended for use in the kitchen - please also see the beautiful set of Ercol (model 391) kitchen chairs that go with this table and are available in a separate auction. The solid Elm wood has the most fabulous complex and detailed grain and the patination of the timber is just gorgeous. Vintage Ercol at it's absolute best!!


Condition is really excellent - please study our images carefully - free from any major defects and showing only minimal usage. You can also the full glory of this magnificent elm top, it really is quite beautiful and without doubt one of the best examples we have ever seen. Incidentally we have just sent a HUGE shipment of Ercol to a very upmarket furniture store in Rome...watch out you Ercol lovers- the rest of the world is beginning to catch on to one of our best kept secrets!!

 dimensions are 75cm long  by 64cm wide with leaves down by 72cm height.
with the leaves up 137 long and will seat SIX people comfortably!

Our delivery fee to LONDON and MOST OTHER PLACES  is a FANTASTIC flat-rate £45 for one, two or three pieces.
We are in London weekly so delivery is normally within SEVEN days of purchase, sometimes sooner than that! If you live elsewhere, please ask us for a price, we promise to give you a reasonable and fair rate.


 For those far-flung corners of England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland & Northern Ireland we use our shipping company or an individual courier - please send us your address and we can give you an exact price.

Worldwide Shipping

We can offer either a DOOR TO DOOR service or to PORT/AIPORT only service.  Our service is FULLY INSURED, TRANSIT-PACKED, PALLETISED & SHRINK-WRAPPED. In some cases we will recommend or stipulate crating. Please understand that shipping furniture is not going to be cheap but we will provide you with an EXACT price and highly professional service. The price we quote is the price you will pay - this is non-negotiable and cannot be cheaper if you buy more than one item as freight does not work in that way.

 To quote door to door we need your EXACT POSTAL or  ZIPCODE FULL ADDRESS please.
To quote to your nearest port/airport we need the name of PORT or AIRPORT. To port only is cheaper than dtd but you will have to undertake your own clearance, import duties & taxes and pay transportation to get your item from port to your home.
