This is a vintage Evans compact purse or carry-call with a place for powder, a puff, a lipstick holder that come out with the lipstick still in but I don't know how it comes out, and a coin colder. It also has a come in the comb holder. The other side is an empty space for handkerchiefs, etc. It is 5 1/2" by 3 1/8" by 1 1/16". The mesh strap is 5" long. Condition is very good on the inside but there is wear to the mirror as is often seen on old mirrors, whitish spots. The outside has minor surface wear but the small squares have scratches that make it almost look like sandstone in the light. I have never seen that before so I can't say it that was by design or just a lot of wear as on the long squares there are surface scratches but not in a design.
