I'm not sure what this is.Someone told me it was used by optometrist's to determine eye glasses type and strenth for patients.It's made of brass and I'm guessing a bakelite handle.It measures almost 7" long and 1 3/4" diameter wheel. The numbers are all clear and legible.Nice addition to your collection.
