Welcome to Hollyhock Quilts! As you probably know, I have 100s of feedsacks to sell and I'll be bringing them to you in lots of different ways. They are in wonderful condition! You may see a tiny stain or peckhole here or there, but if there's anything unusual, I'll bring it to your attention. I do my best to describe these items, but remember that they are OLD and may have a tiny flaw here or there.
This is a fabulous lot of 5 feedsacks and a great way to add to your collection at a reasonable price! They are in generally good shape, but not perfect. You'll find a few holes, mostly small, some stains that didn't soak out and light fading here and there. Details are as follows:
Pic #1 - (1) Pink floral on left has an L shaped tear about 2" x 2 1/2". Otherwise in great shape. (2) Pink/aqua floral on right has an area about 5" x 8" that has several tiny "peck" holes along one edge. Otherwise, it's lovely!
Pic #2 - (1) Red Plaid on left has a series of 8 slits about 1" in length across the width of the sack. I believe this was a factory flaw. It also has several pull holes along one edge. (2) The Patriotic Cheater has a few tiny peck holes, but otherwise in great shape. (3) The Blue Blocks sack on the right has a 6" slit about 3" from one edge and another small hole. Otherwise, it's fine.
All are full sacks and measure about 36" x 42" - 46". They all have a nice tight weave and the selvages are intact with the expected stitching lines present. I prewash and iron all feedsacks and vintage fabrics to ensure their stability before I sell them to my customers unless otherwise stated.
PLEASE NOTE: I'm starting these at $5.00 per sack! What a bargain!!
And now for the fine print! I charge actual shipping (which may include the minimal cost of a container if not shipping Priority) + Delivery Confirmation. If you overpay at purchase, excess shipping will be refunded to you. Multiple items will be combined. Insurance is required on breakable items. Payment within 3 days is expected and appreciated. I'm happy to hold your purchases as long as you are bidding. I will happily refund your money if I missed something in the description. Otherwise, all applicable fees may be withheld.
