About Me-----I have worked for one of the nations largest banks for many years. Specializing in Consumer Credit Card Fraud and Identity Theft! Now I am a stay at home Mom. Big change! I have my own children + 3 babies under one year that I care for all day. I choose to do Ebay for fun, to keep my mind fresh and it gives me something of my own to do. I take pride in all I do! Payment-----I accept Paypal-within 7 days of auction ending. I am Paypal VERIFIED! I also accept money orders/cashier checks-NO personal checks please! If paying this method, I must recieve payment within 10 days or I will assume that you do not intend to pay-I have had many people say they were paying by money order and payment was never recieved. But I choose to keep this form of payment available for your convenience. You must also contact me at the end of auction to let me know that you are mailing your payment.

Shipping-----I ship to the US & CANADA, others interested may contact me. Due to the recent changes at USPS I am currently doing flat rate shipping. I do the best I can. I do not have a scale to weigh my items, but I have been great at getting the shipping costs close to the actual price! See my FIVE STAR RATING! All US shipping includes delivery comfirmation-insurance is optional at the time of check-out. Shipping cost for US, lower 48 states is quoted, Alaska, Hawaii will be more-please contact me for quote if needed. Due to the high volume of children in my care-I will be shipping on SATURDAYS only! If you need an item quickly(for things such as gifts), please contact me so I can get it out immediately. A small handling fee is included in shipping so I can purchase envelopes, boxes, tape etc...I do my best to keep all prices as low as possible! Also, please remember that once an item has been delivered to the post office shipping times are out of my control and I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Insurance is recomended-especially on fragile or expensive items!

Feedback-----is an important part of our transaction. Upon recieveing your feedback, I will then leave feedback for you. This way I know that you have recieved your item and are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me-don't just leave negative feedback-If I don't know there is a problem I cannot fix it! Understand that people's opinions differ. All I ask is for the opportunity to resolve any issues. I have been given some unfair opportunities in the past. I ask that we handle things as adults! I am very easy to work with.

Refunds-----As most of my items are used-all items are sold as is and all sales are final and I cannot guarantee them from a smoke and pet free home-so if you are extremely sensitive, please do not bid. All of my items are treated with Lysol Wipes, Febreeze, and are freshly washed if they are washable! I will specify new items as new. I will consider any situation on a case by case basis. At no time will shipping charges be refunded. I am proud to say that I have many, many years of customer service skills!
