You are bidding on a very rare and unique piece of American folk art.  This is a framed picture of Franklin D Roosevelt surrounded with pieces of U.S. Postage stamps.  The stamps are cut and carefully glued to create a colorful design and background to FDR`s portrait.   The framed portrait is 18 by 16 inches.  The frame is wood and in good condition.  The backing has been pieced and taped.  It has a label from Gimbel`s where I think it was taken to be framed.  There is some moisture marks around the picture.  There are a few spots on FDR`s portrait.   Buyer will pay calculated shipping to the lower USA.  We accpet pay pal as payment.
