Make: Pretty vintage American powder compact in a very good used vintage condition. Compact is marked foster and has the company logo on the inner lid.

Lid: Gold tone design border, inside the border  is a delightful light blue enamel.

Base: Light blue enamel

Sides:  The side of the compact caes have a beautiful gold tone design. Good mirror hinges and catches

Inner lid: Gold tone and marked with makers name and logo opening into powder well.

Interior: Contains a sprinkling of loose powder and a puff that is attached to the inside of the inner lid
