VINTAGE GOEBEL HUMMEL CHRISTMAS NATIVITY SET 12 PC

This is an amazing set made by Hummel. The pieces are all perfect, no chips or cracks on anything. There is some crazing on the Mary figure, Jesus and the large ox, on the high gloss glaze areas only. 

The set is quite large and the camel is 8 1/4" tall to the top of his head to gve you an idea of how big the set is. The painting on the figures is outstanding. It is really beautiful. It comes with the 12 pieces that you see You are bidding on 12 pieces.

They are: St. Joseph is 8" high and perfect;

Mary 6-1/2" high perfect, has some crazing overall;

Baby Jesus 3-1/2"  some crazing overall and is perfect;

Shepard 7" tall is perfect;

King standing black 8" minor crazing lines on back of gown and perfect

King kneeling with box is 5-1/2" tall and is perfect;

King with gold crown 6" tall & perfect;

Sitting boy 5 1/2" tall and is perfect;

Ox is about 7" long and has a few spots of crazing & perfect;

Donkey is 5" tall and about 6" wide and perfect;

Camel is 9" wide, 8-1/2" tall and perfect;

and the Lamb is 2-1/2" wide and about 2" tall. 

They can all be seen in the first photo. 

The pieces are all marked appropriately. 

The Marks are in blue, Goebel W. Germany with the the TMK 4  three line bee mark, it has the stylized bee within the V and the Goebel name and W germany. It was probably made between 1968 and 197? with 1951 below which does not indicate year made but when the molds were made.     

I do not have the original boxes and all the pieces will be carefully wrapped. If you live in Southern California, yes we can make arrangments for you to pick up.
