VINTAGE HERMES HORSE & BUGGY CALECHE ART PRINTS Set 2

Presented is a rare set of authentic vintage Hermès caleche / carriage framed prints.

Based on actual numbered sketches, this is the third set we've worked with in the last couple of years. All prints have been different and quite unique.

I believe these were available as part of the home collection in the mid 1960s to early seventies, although one collector wrote in and said they were from the 50's.

A perfect gift for the Hermès collector or anyone in the transportation / automobile industry.

Condition

Actual prints are in pristine condition under glass with no fading, yellowing or wear to disclose. They present so much better than captured in the photos. Any discoloration or markings shown are the result of the flash.

The frames, however, show considerable wear with scratches and dents, multiple areas where the gold has worn.

Despite the above, these frames are meant to look old (antique style) so the real wear fits in quite well with the manufactured wear - if that makes sense. That being said, in my opinion, they are worth having reframed and we would encourage the new owner to consider this - if not right away, perhaps down the road.

Postage reflects weight and size. If you do not want the frames, postage would be substantially less - simply let us know.

We promise to ship within 48 hours of payment, and will try our best to get it out to you within 24. We provide attractive, secure packaging and offer a complimentary gift wrapping service. If you would like your item gift wrapped, simply send us an email or include a note with your payment. We'll do our best to dress your package for the occasion.

Everything we use to wrap and pack is brand new, clean and fresh, with the exception of bubble and boxes which we try and recycle. We do so to help a planet that is suffering and hope you will do the same.

As per the new eBay policy, all items are shipped with insurance. The cost for insurance is included in the shipping charged. eBay and Pay Pal require that most items be shipped with tracking and signature. Because of this we cannot and will not, ship to PO or APO Boxes.

Keep in mind when selecting shipping options that only business days are counted, not holidays, weekends, or the first day processing your order. There is no shipping service in Canada on Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays. If delivery is required by a specific date, consider upgrading to FEDEX or UPS courier. If you are unsure as to shipping times, simply send an email.
