Vintage "HILARY RADLEY" cashmere dress coat is made in Canada. Navy blue with fitted military styling, has all the good detailing. Large and small metal buttons are two piece shield-molded domes, and there are extras. Has epaulettes and sleeve belts. Closure is double breasted. Shoulders are padded and yoked in front and back. Two pockets have button flaps. Back has half belt and is double vented at skirt back. The size is marked 4 PETITE. Condition mint, no damage of any kind, appears to be minimally used.
