We accept PayPal, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks.  We require payment within 7 days of the close of auction.  If payment is not received within 7 days an unpaid item reminder will be filed.

Sales Tax:  Effective April 1, 2008 All Indiana residents are subject to 7% sales tax.

Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our professionals use quality materials to pack your items with care.

We ship via USPS and UPS.  We will attempt to ship your item within 24 hours of receipt of payment.  Insurance is optional on all items.  You must select the insurance option during checkout for the USPS.  UPS Ground is automatically insured for the first $100.00.  We will not be responsible for items damaged during shipping.

Combined Shipping- We are always happy to combine shipping on similar items that may be packaged together.  Please let us know if you will need combined shipping before you checkout. 

International Shipping- Your country may charge an additional customs duty, tax or fees.  The buyer is responsible for any fees charged by customs in your country.  We must attach a customs label to all international shipments.  The customs form will be labeled with the Item name and the value of the item.  We can not mark as a gift or change the declared value on the label.

Local pickup is available.  Please contact us if you would like to schedule pickup.  All local pickups are subject to 7% Indiana Sales Tax.

Your satisfaction is important to us.  We strive to accurately list and photograph every item we list so that you can buy with confidence.  All items are sold AS IS.  Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction.  Buyer must contact us at customerservice@bkesales.com to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item.  The item must be returned in the same condition as it left our facility.  The item must be returned using the same shipping method as originally sent.  Items are subject to inspection prior to any refund being issued.  Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
